So, You Want To Learn Some Greek?

There you are contemplating a trip to Greece or one of her islands. What better way to psyche yourself up in readiness than to learn a little Greek before you go!

A t best, the locals will love it and you'll feel just that little bit more smug than the majority of your fellow travellers. At worse everyone will have a good laugh and the locals will still be impressed that you have shown the interest to try! It's not a bad idea anyway, just to make sure that you recognise some of the signs that you might just need to know.

Parents please note that your children will almost certainly prove to be more adept with the Greek language than you!
